FREE SHIPPING:
All orders of $100.00 or more are delivered free anywhere in the continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico not included.)  Please remember UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.  Please include both street address and P.O. Box address.

21 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We will gladly accept your return within 21 days of the purchase date. All items must be in original, unopened packages with a copy of the invoice. All returns will be credited to original order, conditions and terms. Some personalized items are non-refundable. Due to the way we customize your items, you will be able to see them and ok them in advance of the item being shipped. If an item is returned due to our mistake, we will gladly pay for the item to be returned.
